Ui bug or not?

I've noticed that The Bosmer passive for the stamina regen does not appear in the caracter screen as active and i was wondering if is a ui bug or simply it does not work.

    When did they change this? My stamina regeneration used to be quite a bit higher if I looked at it during combat (no pots, no buffs active).

    I will check back when I get home. Nonetheless, the stamina regeneration shown on the vanilla character sheet did change depending on combat status, last time I checked is probably a month or two ago, but not more (have been playing magicka chars the last 6 weeks).

    Today i've done a respec and without points spent on the Yiffre's endurance my regen was at 850, and with nothing changed, i've checked in combat and out combat multiple times and it was every time at 850.

    To follow up: Just tested it and yes, the stamina reg does not change from out of combat to in combat. Strange, I was sure it did at some point, now I'm not even sure whether I fantasized about that...
