I've only recently returned to the game. It's my understanding provisioning received a significant overhaul and that recipes are obtained according to zone level. I'm a bit confused by this as I would swear I've picked up Kelp Kaveh a half dozen times now - beginning in Glenumbra and continuing into Stormhaven. I'd really like to get the Baked Apples recipe, but am not sure which zone I should focus my efforts on. Is there a recipe by zones list anywhere on the web? Getting this recipe on the PC version is a cinch since Crosswych and Daggerfall have drawers and dressers to loot everywhere. But on PS4 everything has been ransacked in Crosswych and the Daggerfall Inn. It would be nice to raid Stormhaven instead.
