Where is everyone?

I decided to level up an AD ALT on North America PC. I'm currently VR 11 on cadwells gold in storm haven. With my play schedule i gain about a VET level a week. So far in all three factions I see no one else playing. Maybe, once in awhile I'll stumble across a lonely adventurer but not the hordes of people I would expect trying to lvl alts for CPs or the new NB meta in anticipation of IC. So where is everyone?
Is everyone racing to lvl 10 to grind their alts in cyrodil in crack wood cave? Or some of the other popular grind spots? If this were the case why is it when I go to the grind spots they usually only have 1 or no people in them. Grinding doesn't seem viable when XP is split and people are fighting other factions to dominate their grind spot. So I pose this to the community.
Where are all these so called XP cyrodil grinders? I mapped out every dungeon in Haderus cyrodil to find the best grind locations and to my surprise hardly anyone is using them to grind.

✭Yep started new toon there also and lower lvls feel like a ghost town. Dungeons you can run now with maybe 1 other in there with you. Dungeons with champions in them you don't need to wait for any to re-spawn. ✭✭I've leveled 4 Vets so far and, except for the first time, those zone are always pretty empty seeming.

So I do play really late during the week but on weekends normal hours sporthroughout the day and night. I would expect it to be busier on weekends. I did find a lot of people playing in auridon but by the time I got to green shade it thinned out to seeing little to none.Legacy of Kain

well its also still summer so that might account for it too. I know I have RARELY been in game on the weekends at all this summer. I tend to rock games more in fall/winter/spring. I'd think others might follow a similar trend.0 -

First two, I did totally questing as I wanted to experience the game and alternative quest choices. The first one was pre-nerf as well, when Vet zones were pretty tough. There's a bunch of ad running around in zerg balls on console.
If they sound like your lost guild mates, please come and collect them they keep chewing up the keep walls.

I can say that AD Craglorn was busy earlier today on NA PC. EP Craglorn was busy on NA PS4 today, which I do find somewhat surprising. The weekend was pretty busy all across AD and DC leveling zones and Craglorn.

The OP is speaking of Auridon,the Altmeri Dominion. Not of Ebonheart Pact.I never seem to have problems with no one being round in Auridon.I love it,the feeling of life and other people running all over the place.I get lonely in Glenumbra with my vet.I hate it there.Its impersonal,and no one wants to group up when you find a rough delve.In AD it's easy to find people waiting at the entraqnces of delves to join you,.or they just follow you in the delve and fight with you. Personally,I think it's the best place in Tamriel so far.0 -

Every one got the game in the space of the same few weeks and now the silver and gold areas are the most populated after craglorn. Its actually the starting areas that i see are dead. well except riften.
