✭✭Argentum and copper are not found as loot until Cadwell's Silver zones (vet 1-5). Palladium and Daedra Hearts are not found as loot until Cadwell's Gold zones (vet 6-10).
You can sometimes get them from the following places pre-vet:
1. Hirelings
2. Heavy sacks/wet gunny sacks
3. Deconstructing gear (I found a few argentum breaking down gear in the 4th/5th zones in EP, and a few Daedra Hearts from gear in Coldharbour, e.g.)

Every now and again you might get lucky and find something already in that style that you can deconstruct. Hirelings can also give you them. Once you start Cadwell's Silver (if you haven't already) they start appearing randomly like regular style metals. Not sure if that last point is entirely accurate but before Cadwell's Silver I had 3 from decon and hirelings, after a day of Cadwell's Silver I have 260 -

Yeah I'm not gonna be reading all thru some thread when i asked for a simple answer to a question, and anyway what is it to you?
