Need help, what class is best for redguard pvp?

Im a new player to eso and i was so excited to play pvp with my redguard, heavy armor one hand and shield templar, and i was extremely disappointed. Im aware that i was the lowest level out their but couldn't help feel like i was playing the wrong way and wrong class, help needed

I am not sure if you have tried it out yet, but there is a non-veteran campaign you can go in if you aren't veteran rank yet.

As a tank its quite hard to kill enemy players and the longer the fight goes on the more chance you have that a enemy faction player is going to help the one you fight with or the other way around.

As tank solo pvp play is quite hard, thats why it could be nice if you were working together with a friend, guild member or random people in the zone chat. as tank in pvp you can't really be all offensive you need some defensive abillities on your bar.

you need stuns, heals, shields, stuns and a skill that moves you closer to your target.

its hard getting used to pvp the first time, but it can be quite fun if you get competent in doing pvp.
