Elden Root. Constant Crashing. Need Help.

Im posting this on behalf of my wife. We use the exact same addons, our pcs are both alike, However, She can not spend more than a couple seconds in Elden Root without crashing. So just the time it takes to grab a pledge then return to it, takes 30 mins of crashing in what should take 30 seconds.

At this point should I just deleted every eso file on her pc and start from scratch? Im baffled as to why I dont get those crashes but at times ESO is unplayable do to her crashes. Her game is constantly crashing without explanation, no crash report, just crashes and closes out.

Any help to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

She is crashing every 15 mins, most places, its just elden root is every 5 seconds or so.

Try running medium or low textures. A lot of people are reporting something weird going on when you run high textures in crowded areas. I can start out fine but after 10 minutes in rawl kha with high textures, I'll crash. Seems like some kind of leak or something.

Much appreciated. I don't know if the problem is gone completely. But I changed her textures to low, spent a few minutes on, all was well.. then changed to medium, and I think i also reduced some particles. I spent several minutes with the medium setting and no crashes yet, So that must have fixed it. It was happening on all her AD toons in elden and rawl, and she Teleported back and forth with the new settings an not a single crash, where as she would have had one instantly.

    Thank you!
