I just started the army of meridia and I have no markers or waypoints on my map to show me where to go. I've asked a few people where to go and was told Mages and fighters guild along with the lightless oubliette. Issue is when I go to any of those places nothing happens nor can I enter the guilds. How do I fix this?

Fruitmass✭✭✭✭The reason there's no quest marker to follow is because in order to complete the quest "The Army of Meridia" you have to complete other quests in Coldharbour.Namely rescuing King Laloriaran Dynar (who takes over command of the fighters guild) at the lightless Obliette and Vanus Galerion (leader of the mages guild) at the Black Forge. Once you've rescued them you'll be granted access to their respective guild halls.
In order to finish the side objective to restore the Hollowed City, you'll have to complete the side quests found throughout the whole of Coldharbour and assist any random fighter's or mage's guild npcs you encounter out in the world.
So in short, in order to finish "The Army of Meridia" complete all that you can in Coldharbour.
