Is Eidetic Memory Still Broken?

The other day I was looking at the books (etc.) available to me with the Eidetic Memory trait/skill; and I went out to find a book I didn't have. Once I found and read it I noted that the list was not updated for Eidetic Memory; is this still broken after all this time? If not, what am I doing wrong?

    That's weird. It's not broken for me. I'm playing on Playstation 4 North America. Every book I've came across has landed in my collection.

    definitely still broken, filling in a few bug reports per week because I keep coming across something that does not unlock
