Looking for fun alternative Sorc builds

I've been playing a traditional DPS sorc build and I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for some fun alternative (yet viable) builds for the Sorcerer class. Anyone's input is much appreciated

I have a sorc build, Im always just incline to build them this way.

Im heavy armor, one sword and shield. I use the daedra summons morrphed both for the healing options.

I use the Crystal shard, thunderous presence, bound armor morphed for also spell resistance. I really want the ward when i get to 42 summons.

Im a defense mage using side effects and pets plus as main damage. So far in PvP im a hoss, most people cant damage me.

I just wanted to expand a bit. At the moment I have 15 points in magicka, 3 points in health, and 10 points (i think im not at home

) im not too gun home for increasing my health, rather increase my magicka honestly.

Im going for a high defense, using the armor peices with magicka defense spells seems to work well. Bound armor acts as a whole new peice of armor and adds to max magicka. Im tryin to get my enchantment skill high to make really high spell and armor resistance enchantments to go on my armor.

Thunderous presence, after lookin gives me roughly 2150 armor and spell resistance and deals, some dmg per sec, im really liking it.

I dont know if I wanna drop the points to pumpin up the pets. But I may drop the twilight for the ward and keep crystal shard as a range attack. I really enjoy crystal shard as an offensive weapon, I had vicious curse but thats meh compared

You could go stamina build and stack crit to abuse the critical surge skill (each critical weapon hit heals for 60% of damage done while critical surge is active) I believe there is an in depth write up of this build just google storm reaver

I call my build Fraggle Rock because it relies a lot on proccing those beautiful frags

Offensive bar

Crystal Frags
Drain Essence
Mages Wrath
Liquid Lightning
Clannfear

Ult: Power Overload
Weapon: Dual wield daggers

Defensive bar

Healing Ward
Annulment
Mist Form
Thundering Presence
Clannfear

Ult: Devouring Swarm
Weapon: Resto staff

I'm still lowish in terms of level, so it's a PvE build, but could be tweaked for PvP (Swap out the Clannfear for those sexy mines on your def bar).

Been running it only for a couple of days, but I'm having a lot of fun. Never gone under 75% magicka, even in large fights. Goodbye destruction staff.

The idea is pretty simple; proc your frags with mages wrath and liquid lightning then cast it at the target with the most health.. they won't have much health afterwards, then you can finish them with mages wrath. If an enemy is on you, stun with drain essence (which will deplete them A LOT), mages wrath, boom, dead.

My main is a sorcerer tank. The daedric summoning tree is useful for the bound armor and the shield. The clanfear is a great emergency heal as well (33% of max health
