Need the magika equivalent to nights silence set

Since playing my NB I have grown fond of running faster while sneaking and now that I'm leveling a magika templar its painful sneaking through town to steal everything in sight. That 5th trait from that gear set needs to be added to a new magika set. Or make a new passive for it under the legerdemain tree would be even better.

✭When you only need this for stealthing tours through town, you can also just wear the Night's Silence set.
