Are you able to change the name of your character in any way? If not is there plans to do so in the future?

✭✭✭✭✭No, there isn#t any such feature at the moment, though you could always ask the support staff to change it - but most of them will onbly do that if your character name is problematic.
They are working on barbershop and race change though, it would seem logical that they'd include some sort of namechange option with that as well, to get paid even more crowns by people who want to make their character -just- perfect...
I know I will be one of them. My orc alt name sounds like she was raised by elves (no surprise, usually I only play dunmer after all), and I really would like to see her run around with a more orsimer sounding name... and am willing to pay good crowns for getting that!1 -

✭Just saying that I saw quite a few people changed their name in past. I was following leaderboards of vDSA very attentively back in the day and noticed that some names would be replaced (would still have the same class and score). However, when I submitted a ticket asking how to do that they sent me a link to FAQ which said it was not possible.0 -

(It was confirmed in the same thread where we had the official green light for paid appearance change and I think even race changes.)hi1 -

Probably won't. They seem more interested in ruining the immersion on all platforms (With Race change) before actually giving consoles access to basic RP. RPing on consoles will drop into negative numbers0 -
