How I fix the 'Can't devour WW glitch' (PS4)

I've seen people complaining here and there and I've also experienced this glitch a lot. I have found 2 solutions, 1 more reliable than the other. Not sure if it happens on other platforms. In my experience the glitches only occur when you transform while in close enough proximity to the shrine to stop your bar drain
1. Face away from the person while transforming and press to devour while transforming.
For some reason this sometimes fixes the detection glitch, but it sometimes glitches the animation so you might have to ask them if they got bitten.
2. Leave the area. Go only far enough away so that you lose some time as a WW and then go back.
This one is more reliable and it has fixed it for me every single time.

Artfuldodger✭✭✭Just to let you no it is not a glitch. If some one transforms at the shrine the countdown will not start as it thinks there is no need to feed and therefore you will be unable to bite.Transforming away from the shrine starts the clock.Edited by Artfuldodger on August 23, 2015 12:30AMMe?
