I already own a copy of ESO on PC, I purchased the PS4 version, but do not have access to my crown store purchases.. How can I update my PS4 version to make these items available?

You can't you have to buy on the ps4 side. Once upon a time ago they allowed. PC to copy to ps4 and even then crownstore was seperate however all you bought with crowns that was now in your inventory or taken credit for ie imperial edition ornexplorers pack was copied over but crowns and the store was always seperateLvl 50 woodworking 9 traits learned
