Has anyone noticed that in console, the mast majority seem to wear heavy armor? And from about 30-VR seem to be vampire or werewolf, I assume this because silver bolts seems to knock down half the time, and that's just vampires (until the tracker perk).

Watching Twitch streams, all the console player streamers play zoomed into their character, while pc streamers are zoomed all the way out.

I play on PS4 zoomed all the way out.

I probly wear heavy until 30 not enough passives before then. Everyone usually wears 2 pc of heavy always. Its usually chest / helm so they might just look like they are wearing heavy. All my chars are ww even the magicka ones. Why not right?

Well, then don't wear it if you don't want to. But you don't have the right to complain about how other people play if they are operating within the intended confines of the game.

Most of us console players wear heavy armor? That is completey wrong half the time when I walk into a croweded area everyone is wearing no armor

I rarely notice what others are wearing, unless its one of the goofy jester looking costumes. I think people wear what they want. I go heavy armor too but have no intention of becoming a werewolf or vampire. Thankfully most people don't seem to treat the game as if it were the first day of high school and all its fashion show critiques.

When i'm leveling i wear 2/2/2 just to level them all, maybe switch to 5/1/1 when i nearing vet as i'll have enough skill points and the skill line will be high enough lvl for it to be worth it.

Wow people settle down. True there's no reason to complain about what armor type people wear, but he wasn't complaining, it sounded a lot like an observation/question to me. OP I have noticed these things as well, whether or not it matters (though it bothers me none). This isn't a warzone and sometimes people actually do post things they are curious about. No need to keep your insta-attack mode toggled on.

I wasn't complaining or poking fun at the OP. I was just stating how I look (or not) at what others are wearing. I think a lot of people look at what others have so they can either enjoy the armor styles. But for others perhaps so they can make improvements on what they have.

I think it's because a lot of the players on console haven't ever played an MMO or understand an MMO and the roles typical in them. They see heavy armor and the higher armor rating and think "yes!! how could I go wrong!!!!" not realizing they are gimping their Mage or whatnot. Not the case all the time but I think it's a big factor in this.

But, Tier 4 Imperial heavy looks snazzy... like a Cornthian mauled a Roman Centurion, it's great.

they'll learn eventually for leveling it doesn't matter what you wear, only pledges, dsa, trials and pvp actually matter the rest of pve is so easy you could do it naked.

I like having a heavy chest and legs myself with a light hood type armour so i can look like a battlemage from oblivion

The passives of health regen seem alluring the first time pve run through. Its only once people start in the harder tasks that more damage or magic a regent seems needed.

Heavy armor looks the best and the robe of light armor just looks dorky.

You have to like your characters looks to want to come back to the game.

Imperial heavy is my fav Appearance wise. Romans were such bad mmofos.

How about the players in general who believe the CP system goes against the entire game's design and was clearly not well thought out by ZOS since they're mentioning seasonal caps. Cap should've been significantly lower to begin with. Make players choose ways to enhance their characters. Not just blanket buffs to everything. Too late for that now.
Knee Jerk, L2P, Obtuse, Casual, Entitled, All The Best, unnecessary mention of CoD

Battle leveling for pve content defeats the idea of progression. Remove CP
