Based on the things which i have seen on pts, 2.1 will be full with broken balance or probaly to be revealed exploits/bugs.
It took the devs months to fix things like nirnhorned or penetration. Doing that again may make many people quiet.

Well if you are on PTS why not send bugs/exploits, borken balance report???
