Brown Paint Horse (Inventory Slots)

Just purchased the Brown Paint Horse (Draft Horse prior to Update 6) and did not gain any additional inventory slots, even though every source I can find on the internet says that this horse will give you 10 additional inventory spaces. Is there something I am missing here?

    Your sources were out-of-date I'm afraid. The differences between mounts are purely cosmetic now.
    You can use your mount to increase your inventory by training your character's riding now.

    Babeester Gor is the Axe Goddess, the Implacable Anger, the Avenging Daughter and the Earth Guardian.

    Is this is the case, then it should have been updated here on the website or easier to find. I spent 30 minutes looking for the information and various websites told me that the inventory space would increase by 10 for buying this horse. ESO/Bethesda both tell users to use community made websites to obtain information. I would like a refund of my 42K, that took me a month to earn...

    Community websites are only updated as long as the person who maintains them plays the game/chooses to keep them up-to-date. If you didn't find the information from an official source (forums don't count), I don't think you have any grounds to ask for a refund. But you can always try to fill out a support ticket to get your money back, someone may take pity on you.

    Everyone take this as a cautionary tale...MMOs change drastically over time. Make sure your info is always up-to-date.
