Well on ps4 20% of players have completed the lvl 30 quest. That doent include everyone who quit after 30...

But then again its b2p so player retention isnt a priority

That , that is a low stat. Had no idea it tracked that , much less that low.

Even just barely playing on and off for a month it's hard not to be over 30 , as 1-50 is extremely fast before the VR levels kick in.

I'm VR 11 and have only done the main quest line + undaunted. Not sure what you mean by 'the level 30 quest' but I may not have done it either.

I don't think it's possible to be VR anything and have not done the main questline ?

I'm testing that now. And it appears to be possible. I might have to do the final quest when I get to 50. But so far, as I go from area to area, they act like I've done the prior quests.

I bet you technically could. Grinding coldharbour for vrs sounds rough though

Why would I have to grind Coldharbour for VRs?

If you don't complete the main quest, you can't go to the next faction's area.

So coldharbour would be the only place to get xp as you'd be too high to get it anywhere else.

    Cyrodiil

Yes, if you want to chance pvp.

    Was talking aboitvstrictly pve

    Source on those numbers?

Its in your trophy achievments on psn.

All the psn achievments have the % of players who have received the achievment on ps.

Another fun one is 2% of players have completed their starting factions 5 dungeons.

Well you really believe on the trophy % ?

I've completed all the game, all the dungeons, all the quest in every alliance , I’ve become emperor and everything else but i don’t have one of the PS4 trophies...

hehe...of course you can. At least on pc...when rerolling an alt and grinding you can get vr4(for example) without doing the main quest.
I grinded a parked char level 22 last week and did main quest when I was vr4. This is really old news anyway XD

You can be vr14 without doing the main quest too.

Isnt it obvious console failed? Just check the Campaigns. I suppose most Skyrim fans are still playing on old-console, positive thing is that when people transfer to PS4/Xbox1 we should have a steady flow of new players. Id rather have a steady flow of new players instead of everyone plays it at launch.

I might get a Xbox1 if Skyrim gets included in the list of backwards compatible games for it.

Update 08/20/2015 8:04:32 AM EDT: A spokesperson from Bethsoft confirmed customer support layoffs to Massively OP in the following statement: “Following the successful PC and console launches of The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, we have a thriving online community and have adjusted customer support to meet the ongoing needs of our players.”

    100℅ PR statement.

What I find strange about this PR statement is that it doesn't make sense. So following a successful launch, you have to cut your support staff 'to meet the ongoing needs of our players'? Seems like if it were as successful as they claim, they would be ADDING MORE support staff, not reducing them.

Although, it is also possible that they increased employment in anticipation of the launch or to help support the launch, and now that everything has taken off, they now have a lot of dead weight. Much like how stores hire for the holidays and then promptly lay everyone off once the holidays are over.

You can go to Craglorn at V1, irrelevant of quest progress. Also, a hell of a lot of people used Cyro dungeons to grind chars dude!

you can lvl till v2 in coldharbor it´ll then take ages to get to v3 (~20xp per zombi) and next to impossible to gain any further lvls without completing the lvl 50 main quest to proced to cadwell silver/gold areas as your only access to mobs of your lvl would be the dailyquest vet dungeons and cyrodiil dungeons wich can be a pain in the ass to lvl with.
so you can become v14/16 without completing the mainquest arc but its highly uncommon and nothing the casual player would do.
