Hey guys, I think when Peyton Manning throws a TD pass, he should get 8 points instead of 6, and when Teddy Bridgewater throws a TD pass, he should only get 4 points. I mean, Peyton has been in the league for 14 seasons! And Bridgewater has only been playing for 1 season. It's totally fair that Peyton should get more points for a TD. He's earned it!

So in your incorrect analogy, what are the points that people with CPs are getting more of?

Armor and damage. Imagine each successful attack as a TD. The CP player is rewarded with 30% extra damage points, and the non-CP player has his damaged reduced by 30%.

CP stars max out at 25%.

The armor stars max at 13%.

That is Medium Armor Focus and the lot?

Never actually seen anyone put 100 points in those. That's good to know.

Yeah. I maxed everything back when the 1.6 PTS templates had 3600 CP. There's a few that top out at lower values. You can usually see it while leveling, when it's not going to hit 25%.

Those... are not points. They are no where near the same thing.

... I really enjoyed this game and had high hopes but I think eso is on its death bed...
Yeah can you imagine a player trying to join this madness 6 months from now? This game indeed is "Walking the green mile" With this system in place people will NEVER want to join just to be trolled.. Also word of mouth is already bad enough about the CP system so there will not be anyone suggesting this game to a friend. Thing is what could ZOS do at this point? The have basically "Bad programmed" themselves into a corner. At this point they would either have to admit they messed up and scrap the entire idea or ride this train off the rails into destruction.

I just wish they would have honestly though this through. It seemed like a band aid for not delivering end game content and just throwing us a Treadmill instead.. :/
Anything useful that players are wanting added into the game all fall under the category of "Yer ruinin my 'mersion!" Sallington

An easy answer would just be to cap cp and allow use in whatever trees you wish but could never get out of control

Could be an extremely intricate and time consuming thing .... Just look at original EQ and its end game version of same thing... You can always catch up but still a lot of fun and time to get them
“There is no pain greater than this; not the cut of a jagged-edged dagger nor the fire of a dragon’s breath. Nothing burns in your heart like the emptiness of losing something, someone, before you truly have learned of its value. Often now I lift my cup in a futile toast, an apology to ears that cannot hear.”

Horizontal progression is always forgotten by devs it seems as well to use a filler

You do realize, that's how it works now, right?

Why are CP-lovers so hostile toward those who support non-CP campaigns? It's actually pretty funny.

because they don't want to end up playing alone...
