How to Nightblade?

So I have a question, how do you build one of these broken nightblades? I have one that spec in archery but it doesnt seem that strong. I put all points in stamina and I am a werewolf, argonian. What else should I do? Where should I place my skill points? Do I need to be a dualwielder also?

Lol just kidding. What king of gear do you have?

Dual wield is good for running in a group, you can use Steel Tornado and Flying blade for range.

For Solo I prefer 2h and bow.

Lol I have max stamina and stamina regen focus. I'm only v7 so I am using exploration gear to help while discovering gold area.
