Leveling Skill lines

I'm currently playing a NB. If I have say more than 1 skill from the siphoning skill tree on my bar, does the siphoning skill level up faster?

30%\skill slotted of your overall XP gain, 20%/weapon and armor piece equipped.

Never noticed...but you do want to level the whole tree at once as it will take much longer doing them one by one.
If they are on your bar they level up.

You don't want to keep levelling up 1 tree with one skill...get to 50...then still have all the remaining skills to level.
