I know you have to be in a group or near other players for a certain skill to be highlighted but even when I'm in a group and near other players my healing skills won't highlight up why is that and can anyone explain please

Taylor21554✭✭Yeah I checked and double checked that and it was equipped. I have since fixed this problem i had to make my healing bar my mainhand and vice versa.... don't ask why but it did work. Thank for taking the time to reply"help I've fallen,and I can't get up!"0
