PvP Armor Question

Hi all,

Just wondering if anybody can help me :)

I am after the Armor sets "Shield of the Valiant" and "Buffer of the Swift", I have yet to play PvP yet (am starting tonight), but have read that these sets are acquired via “Rewards for the Worthy” containers in the mail and PvP Bags/Vendors.

Just wondering how I would go about getting these rewards containers and PvP bags?

Also, where can i find vendors in Cyrodiil?

    By earning APs and you earn those by killing other players, defending or attacking/taking over keeps, and other PvP activities.
