Endgame is way better then I've expected for a console mmo.

With most games you hit a cap and you lose interest in the game as your character can no longer develop. this is not the case in ESO and its all thanks to the champion system.

I beat the main story, did every side quest and collected all the sky shards on my fraction, I was then given a option to travel to a new zone tailored to my new veteran rank. experience no longer just raise my rank but now I get champion points in a good amount in between my vet levels (I have 12 now at vet-2 25% in) so now I get to develop my character while I raise my rank and from what I've read I will continue to earn champion points after veteran rank 14 or soon 16.
I also like the ways I can continue to earn skill points with sky shards, they are a meaningful reward for exploring and the ones you get for side quest are great too. Even though I'll no longer earn attribute points at after vet rank 16 I can still rely on the champion system to keep me engaged well in to the third end game zone.

Once I'm done with the three questing zones I will travel to cyrodiil and make my claim to the throne.

Having done what you have done on PC I can tell you, PvP in cyrodiil progression is going to be like hitting a wall. If you plan on being an emperor, you will need to maximize your method of gaining alliance points because unless your a specific class PK's won't amount to much.

Well after pvping at to level 49 I decided to level my to Vet rank 1 though pvp, and while it was slow it was enjoyable. Knowing that pvp is the main end game I didn't want to do to much of it as it is all there is once all the quest are done. so while my progression will slow, my game-play enjoyment will rise significantly as pvp is its own reward.

I hit VR 14 last night and I'm still playing.

As to Emperor you have to live in Cyrodiil to get that from what I have seen from the top players.

    Sleep is not an option.

On a side note we need more people like you on the forums who dont whine cause they have a gap from end game and expect eberything to be handed to them... I could care less if i get one shotted in pvp by some max level dude with 2000 champion points. He worked hard to get to that and inspite of popular belife its not game breaking these people are not god mode champion points really dont make you as powerful as popular belife would claim... Console people need to chill out and play the game cause how it is currently is how its intended to be. Its balanced and getting everything nerfed cause you cant deal wont make it better. The devs should really ignore 80% of whats said on these forums

I got emperor on 2 campaigns simultaneously with a 9-5 job :P It's doable but I had a huge advantage with being a PC transfer :)

Daglish, did you notice you have a guild dedicated to you?

Daglish Hunters UK I think they're called. They claimed a fort the other day.

Don't blame them. The amount of times you've been in our keep killing people over and over. You get some very angry daggerfall people in zone chat when you're about

One group were reporting you for hacking the other day when you were mincing them at one of our keeps. They were fuming.

Yeah, sadly people don't understand the game so they call hacks haha

Funny enough, the guys who created the guild on EP side, are the same guys who ran away to Chillrend when I got Emperor.

It did take about 50 people about 20 minutes to kill you haha.

I was just sitting on top of the keep having a smoke watching people running from one side to the other shouting where you were. Was rather entertaining.

It's funny that you brought up Chillerend. I've been in there since 2 days after launch as a level 10. Here is what has happened ...

Week 1: Almost completely empty aside from EP. I had the week off and got into the top 100 as a lowbie non vet.
Week 2-3: Pretty similar. It was a virtual ghost town though.
Week 4-6: I hit VR1 and lost my boost. At the same time a massive influx of people from non-vet showed up. EP was still strong but getting pushed back.
Week 7-8: Where did all of these VR14s come from? What the F? Why can't I do any damage? I need to respec.
Now: I respec'd to a more optimal build so that I'm good again. I can now melt a VR14 shield stacker with my VR5. (Thank you radiant oppression!) The war though is pretty much dead even.

Anyway, as far as I can tell Chillerend seems like the place to be at this point. Come and join us!

Don't write off Craglorn just because it can be hard to find a group! Find a guild that really wants to do it, or a few friends, and do it all! It's some of the most fun content in the whole game and so many people miss out on it just because they don't want to be bothered to find a group.

I like seeing a post like this, I am still having a lot of fun in the game and I been here since early pc beta, and still find things to do, I enjoyed doing the entire game on one toon as I am not really a altaholic, and I am still advancing my toon almost daily, glad others enjoy it and the most important part is long as you are having fun that is great.

    Vr1 is considered end game?

Yes, the main story ended and you stop earning traditional level's from here you are given the option to do the other two zones and you earn champion points all of which you couldn't do before and cyrodiil (pvp) is an end-end game zone.

The gap is closing with VR 14 pc transfers, it only takes 10-20 of us to kill them instead of 30.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-80DSHIYKSA

He claimed he wasn't a transfer after I asked him. But many others have said he was. So why not admit it?

I couldn't give two fig's, pretty awesome to see the moves and survivability, if he isn't a transfer even more respect. But he still gets my broom emote to the face if we do get him down. o:)

Ill disagree. Endgame is when you stop leveling and veteran ranks in their current edition are nothing else than levels.

This^^^, I also feel like people who earn champion point shouldn't be punished because other players with less can't beat them, should we remove the skill and attribute points from a VR 14 because a VR 1 cant beat him? where does it and.

"The devs should really ignore 80% of whats said on these forums" Devs are the government and a good government puts the needs of the many before the needs of the few. unfortunately Devs listen to the loud minor over a quiet majority.

The people who don't complain don't see anything wrong and are enjoying the game as it is and there the one's who have to suffer from nerfs just so the devs can get people to stop complaining about particular topic on the forum's.
