What ways are there for you to damage youre self ingame?

    Fall damage
    Ravage health potions

    Jumping/falling from a height - even been able to kill myself with a misstep
    Some negative potions like ravage health
    the unstuck command - kills you and damages your equipment if I remember right
    not sure how the vampire effects you if you don't feed

    Not sure of any other but am sure some people have found some interesting ways.
    Not sure if fits in with the above but can suicide by swimming out far enough to get nibbled on by the fish (even gives you an achievement the first time)

    Fall damage is your best bet. Basically anything over jumping distance will nearly insta-kill you.

    It affects your health regeneration, but it doesn't actually damage you.

    As far as I know, failing to feed has never caused damage for Vampires. (Though, I'm not sure about Daggerfall.) Failing to feed did cause damage to werewolves in Morrowind, but that behavior has been dropped as well.

    Environmental damage - not really "damaging yourself" more like "getting yourself to where the damage is"

    Ravage health potions - I just wish you could add those to cooked food and leave it for NPCs to nom... ;)

    Equilibrium and morphs - pay with heath for more magica - those guild mages must be joking!

    only water interaction we have, the invisible slaughterfish is actually a way to hurt yourself.

    Suicide is mostly :

    1/ because something's bugged and it's the only way out
    2/ for quicker travel in Cyrodiil.

    Spell symmetry's a good one, hadn't thought of it.

    Fish !
    Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe.     The best use for this method is in Imperial City. If you have a lot of Tel Var stones and don't want to risk losing them, Spell Symmetry a couple or three times (depending on how much health you have) + Potion of Ravage Health = dead and respawn at safe spot.
