Sadly i dont think that they are gonna fix any of them soon. These are almost the same problems since it was beta game. Its still like a beta game because you shouldnt see these kinda huge problems in a completed game. I have been playing online games since 2000 i guess and ive never seen a game like eso with full of bugs and problems. You described a few of those but im pretty sure everyone can add more.
Just for example;
In Cyrodiil sometimes you cant move during the fight. You just freeze like stucked. Reloading UI doesnt help. So you should open your crown store and preview a horse and make your 360 move then you go back to normal. Seriously.
Sometimes you can not go invisible even you are not in any kind of fight. (Nightblades can relate)
Sometimes you can not swap your weapons or you can not cast your abilities. Also you can not drink your own potions.
We can simply make this list longer as we all know but sadly no one literally cares about these huge issues. I mean come on we are in 2015 and there are lag issues in a online game? That why people leave ESO and play cartoon games instead.

It's sad technical investment in making the game work is so comparatively so low.
They must not play the game to underestimate that much these issues.
I have more bugs and disconnects in TESO in a day than in all other gaming titles I have played in this life and 10000 others in my multiverse version.
- Ultimates ? -> disconnection in every intense battle and/or takes like 3 sec to fire
- WWolf ultimate -> auto cancel, disconnect or freeze
- Take Flight (DK) -> wings not opening, no jump if battle is intense
- Météor -> auto disconnect
Well, do I have to choose ultimates that are not bugged ?
Doors -> do not open, have to wait and/or reloadui and/or swap in order for them to open
Charge -> root (not by player but by the soil, in cannot move, cannot roll, until I commit suicide to free myself)
I also get disconnected for too many messages for time to time even with no message sent or in box
Everything in Cyrodil, I just don't care about PVE.
I will stick to these bugs only in this post, but playing TESO is not a pleasure at all, it is a coctail of angriness, sadness, and despair. Half of the time playing TESO is being out of TESO, reloading UI, relogging, freezing before lag and/or disconnect.
A game in that incredible state of bugginess is not enjoyable to play.
More, tickets are not answered, months after months, no GM, nothing.
It is very low customer service (for that part of service), the lowest in fact in have ever met online.
I know I am the only one, but keeping quiet will not help management take the necessary steps.
