When IC is released does all crafted gear scale to v16?

I think i would need the new materials but the crafted gear sets like whitestrakes would scale to v16 right?

I imagine it'd be the same as it currently is, so you would have to recreate the items with the new material. And probably an extra skill point on unlocking the ability to craft with said material.

You need around 12 leather for like v15 and 120 leather for v16 per item piece.

so i will be able to craft a v16 whitestrakes or only the new sets go to v16

you'd be able to craft a v16 version, you need to be 50 in clothing or blacksmithing though and you'll need another skill point.

I checked the PTS a little while ago and the crafted sets stations did show the new materials and the quantity to craft up to VR16.

I'm not sure if it was a glitch or not but VR16 required 10x the refined material than VR15.
