Cornering the market on Psijic Ambrosia Fragment III

I seem to be getting a fragment III drop every other day. I have now received the following from Craglorn Provisioning Writs:

I: 1
II: 1
III: 6
VII: 1

I believe I actually got fragment III for the writs of 2 of my 3 VR max provisioning level characters.

I know random numbers are going to have outlier outcomes, but I am finding this a bit entertaining. I received a guild-wide message claiming there is an issue with repeating fragment drops. I don't see anyone talking about this online, so I'm skeptical that it is anything more than the nature of random numbers until I hear it happens to everyone.

Now let me get back to trying to trade fragments

What sort of writs (level) do you need to get the psijic ambrosia? I've never had any of fragments from provisioning. This is on a level 50 provisioning master character.

You need to do provisioning writs in Craglorn.

Supposedly lower-level writs can also give you fragments, but the odds are really low.

Did a provisioning writ from Craglorn today & it was exactly the same as the ones picked up in the starting map. Assumed higher level crafting writs might be blue recipes. Every time i do them, the same four recipes come up, 2 of a particular type one day, two of another type the next day. This never changes.

It's pure RNG. With my first recipe, I got pretty much all the needed fragments with two dups, which I traded for what I needed. On the ones for my second recipe, I have only gotten one duplicate. I still need two fragments to complete that one.

You have to put points into recipe improvement to make sure you get higher level ones. I have 8 characters I'm farming this one, main guy is VR3 and handing them in at craglorn. Ones level 31 handing in at alikr desert and 6 are level 6 handing them in at alikr desert.

This is the link I found with some info on it.

Not sure how accurate it is, as I have 4 points in recipe improvements on my lvl 6s, which hand in the right place, how ever my level 31 has 6 skill points in recipe improvements which should let him deliver them to coldharbour which is doesn't, at the very least it should be bangkorai for lvl 5 improvements. Can't figure out why the lower levels won't hand in the writs above alikr desert.

If anyone know how to get them to go higher without being VR1 please let me know.

Not being a VR1 is stopping you. Crag is not accessible for non VR chars ...

You need to be doing lvl VI writs for the best chance. Make sure you have 6 skill points into recipe improvement.

For clarity, it's the high level greens that are the top level writs. I've done the same 6 recipes for God knows how long

All provisioning writs require green items. The level of the writ will be based on how many of the 6 points you put in to the skill for level of provisioning scripts. It doesn't matter where you get the writ. If you are below VR1, you will not get level VI provisioning writs because those are returned to Craglorn and the game knows you can't get there. Each writ level corresponds to a particular turn-in location and VI are turned in in Craglorn.

I have been leveling up alts just so that they can do provisioning writs in Craglorn.
