Provisioning Writs are GLITCHED

I am maxed provisioning on these 3 characters, and for two weeks, this is all I get in the Provisioning Packs...

Character #1 is lvl 32 and is stuck on the 8k xp for the past 2 weeks, and is only getting 1 green recipe or no recipe at all and 1 stack of 10 low level food (Bittergreen today).
Character #2 is Vr2 and is stuck on 1k xp for the past week and a half, and is getting the same as Character #1...
Character #3 was created last week and is lvl 10 and maxed provisioning the day I created her (had a lot of white meat, lol). Stuck on 1k xp and getting about 2-3 food per pack plus a green recipe.

Anyone else running into this on any other writs they do? What is going on???

I do 6 Provisioning Writs a day. 3 Max levels on Vet Characters, one L3 on a Vet Character, one L3 on a L8 character, and one L2 on a L10 character.

I think I did a writ once where I did not get a recipe, but it is the exception, not the rule. I always get 3 to 6 stacks of Ingredients. The stacks can vary in size, but there is at least 3 in every container.

The Experience you get depends on the character level.
The Inspiration you get is dependent on the Writ level.

However, the amount of either you get is very small. It took me about a month to level my provisioning on my low level mules just from writs, and they only had to go from L8 to L9. I get way more Inspiration, like 10 times, from making the food for the writ than I do from the writ.

Why am I in WEEK TWO into turning in my provisioning writ and it is not leveling up!? My character is now a VET 3 rank! Max provisioning (at level 50), yet I am still turning in my Provisioning Writs to Davon's Watch only receiving 1k XP. <<< 2 weeks straight now!!!

To hand in writs at Coldharbour you have to have completed the walkaround tour with the groundkeeper woman. Maybe thats blocking you.

Also make sure Recipe Improvement is 6/6.

Have you put skill points into Recipe Improvement? If not, it will only give you low level writs regardless of character or provisioning skill levels. Getting recipes from doing writs is by no means guaranteed. Some days all ingredients, some days a mix of ingredients and a recipe.

Really? In all the Provisioning Writs I've done on 7 Alts, I have ALWAYS received a Recipe in the container.
