    Although I do feel some things were over tweaked a bit in the difficulty department, I'll take it if it means not going back to the months after launch. Mages Scrolls Online we called it. You either re-rolled a dk mage, or two Thunderbugs were the death of you at Vet levels. My poor templar. Tweaked him so many times back then just to finish quests. So many soul gems used on standard mobs of 3.

    For patch notes I recommend to archive them Print screen to adobe pdf and save them.All fixes to their changes will have the appropriate counter in the crown store. Its all about the crowns. Canalization into certain play styles and character creation racial selection think DOTA2 or similar and definitely a far cry from play as you want.

    In the long run this will make it easier for them to maintain the game and focus on crown store items.They need to recoup revenue as consoles costed them more than they had planned and Microsoft's deal was a bitter pill to swallow.For us as customers its about the game. For them its about the revenue. They have the final say in all matters except when and if you pull out your wallet.

    Some changes were good in 2.1 Some were not.It has done one thing though it has shown where the "Community" stands. And "IF" this so-called exodus begins, then those who do not leave and "PLUS" will end up paying more. Or Zenimax will have to subsidize development and maintenance of this game.

    If they stick to their DLC timeline then appx. two to six weeks after IC the Orsinium DLC should be on the test server.Providing they can keep the Sinclair ZX-81 running.

    Something that needs to be clarified when people say that others will leave. I dont think they will leave. I think they will stop paying.And stop buying crown goods.

    And one thing that ZOS and others need to do is use a correct term when discussing changes We "feel" is a bad term as it infers that they used emotion to introduce a change into a system that zenimax acquires revenue from. When making Financial or Tactical and larger Strategic decisions one must calculate and plan and "Think" not "feel". In many of the Kinetic application areas of CIVPOL, .mil , .gov "felt" on a warrant that you did something wrong how far would that go to procure a warrant in the first place when a magistrate or judge has to sign off on it. This is not a bash but an observation

    They called it "Elder Staves Online" in that if you didn't run a resto or destro staff with full Light armor and weren't Magicka based you were not as powerful as you could be in the game. I was playing then and Stamina builds were garbage at that time and were not even thought of to be balanced by ZOS to be as powerful next to Magicka builds in PvP. Those were the days of DK or Sorc in full light armor that used a resto staff/destro staff and could tank and kill like 6-7 VR14 's (as a VR14) easily. And for those that say it didn't happen, wrong, I was there and did see it happen personally in Cyrodiil.

    But that is ONLY if you PvP... what about those players who don't PvP, and there are a LOT of us. Just another example of how updates meant to improve PvP are coming back to slap those who only PvE.

    My response was to the guy that said it would kill stamina NB, I don't pvp much either but I'd certainly make an exception if my build was "killed"

    Many complain the game is too easy in PVE now (especially as compared to at launch), and the nerfing of skills, sets, and enchantments with the enhanced enemy potency will please some. I would much have preferred some type of scaling difficulty in PVE because everyone has different preferences. And nerfing everything that is effective and/or unique about a class/weapon only homogenizes to MOBA-ville.

    Oh, and if you think this change has anything whatsoever to do with PVE balancing, I have this lovely little acre of land at low tide I'd like to sell you...it's stunning beachfront property....

    I have seen a lot of talk about IC with these changes, but not really anything on how the main part of the game plays with these changes. I would love to read more about that.
