I have been charged for the August Crowns, why are they not in my Crown Store as they were in June and July?
I have been checking since I received the email (billing statement).

    Add me to this. I was billed on the 11th and I have not received my crowns yet.
    A place where everything and nothing exists, this is my playground.

    I have a similar but different issue. I got emails from Microsoft saying ESO Plus auto renewed successfully but I haven't gotten the crowns and my card hasn't been charged yet. It was supposed to happen on August 11.
