I notice a lot of people with there negative feedback all the time on the forums. Many people in the forums seem to think that this represents the majority opinion. I would like to remind people that in all aspects of life people with a bad experience will be the first to post about it. People with good experience are very much less likely to post about it. This is very common and can be easily researched by anyone to illustrate this point.
I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that I appreciate all of the hard work and time that you put into making this one of the best gaming experiences I have ever had. I have been around since beta, am stilled subbed, and have zero intention of leaving this game anytime soon. I realize that all games have their problems and tweaks that need to be made. This is even more present in an MMO. I also notice the effort you guys/gals put into listening to the community and taking our ideas to the drawing board to make this game even better than it already is. Although I may not always like every change I understand and accept why many of the changes occur. I mean you wont satisfy evreyone evrytime. That is just not possible. But the strides that you take to do so is truly a great feeling. I have throughly enjoyed my experience on live and testing IC on the PTS. Please continue to do the great work that you are doing and understand that there are many people in this community like me that truly support, encourage, and appreciate everything that all of you do for us. Keep up the great work!!!!

While I agree that the work involved in the game is momentous I am not a blinded new recruit swept up in the tales of other people telling me how brilliantly awesome this game is. Fact is I am more weathered by the obvious things ZOS has blatantly ignored to the point where now I dread going online.
While the game was fun, end game has become incredibly stale and unrewarding, its difficult to get group for the stuff you want and much of that requires sitting in a zone doing nothing because you finished every other quest while waiting to form said group.
LFG tool is bare bones and unfixed, there is no real end game zone where you can solo daily quests just to chill out without being forced into PvP and for a game that boasts 4 classes with unique active class skills being 12 on each tree, 36 morph options in total the balance has been rather ridiculous especially compared to other MMO's sporting more complicated and numerous abilities and talents.
This also doesn't include the fact that the entire Crown Store's main function is around selling mounts, especially "special editions" of one given as a unique loyalty reward with a different skin every few months instead of say a character appearance option changing token.
I am jaded and was hoping for some enticing improvements for Imperial City DLC after there last big content update break, but am finding it lacking as it seems like a smaller PvP zone where again I must group or PvP to get things done with a system of leveling they stated was over, veteren rank level cap has been increased!
Leveling was the most fun I have had, now it's just a pointless grind of PvP for progress, or sitting around waiting hours to form a group in chat for the other and it seems the DLC is ignoring those issues. It's just not enticing and class balance has fallen into the next flavor the month being unstoppable...
You enjoy lag?

I honestly rarely have an issue with lag and I run wireless. Im not saying it does not happen to me at all, but it is few and far between. This includes large scale battles and solo experience. I am also not saying I do not belive it is an issue. I can think of experiences I had with my guild in which nearly everyone is yelling about the lag during a battle, but I do not have an issue. when i usually experience lag it is do to 3 or more guild raids in one location spamming aoe attacks. ZoS seemed to address this issue with the aoe line of sight, but no real way to test that until IC hits live and you can get that type of action.
I enjoy the quest but dungeons, trials, class balance and the overwhelming amount of bugs and glitches leave MUCH to be desired. Actually saw my first hacker on X1 tonight, was a NB out running my +30% speed w/ rapid maneuver horse, he never ran out of stamina and was unmounted.
