Hello ZoS,

I notice a lot of people with there negative feedback all the time on the forums. Many people in the forums seem to think that this represents the majority opinion. I would like to remind people that in all aspects of life people with a bad experience will be the first to post about it. People with good experience are very much less likely to post about it. This is very common and can be easily researched by anyone to illustrate this point.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that I appreciate all of the hard work and time that you put into making this one of the best gaming experiences I have ever had. I have been around since beta, am stilled subbed, and have zero intention of leaving this game anytime soon. I realize that all games have their problems and tweaks that need to be made. This is even more present in an MMO. I also notice the effort you guys/gals put into listening to the community and taking our ideas to the drawing board to make this game even better than it already is. Although I may not always like every change I understand and accept why many of the changes occur. I mean you wont satisfy evreyone evrytime. That is just not possible. But the strides that you take to do so is truly a great feeling. I have throughly enjoyed my experience on live and testing IC on the PTS. Please continue to do the great work that you are doing and understand that there are many people in this community like me that truly support, encourage, and appreciate everything that all of you do for us. Keep up the great work!!!!

ZoS is doing there jobs and there doing it right. Sure players may not agree with some choices but ZoS makes the choices to further game and it's exp. It's up to the players how they exp the game and if they don't like it they can either player Skyrim or adapt to the changes.

Like the whole blocking thing either adapt or go play skyrim

    I agree!

Been playing since launch, all subbed up with no intention of stopping until they sunset! (which hopefully isn't for many years from now)

I'm having a great time and also believe they've done a great job of making a fun, engaging MMO.
    Is it perfect? Nope.

    But nothing is!

    See you in tamriel

While I agree that the work involved in the game is momentous I am not a blinded new recruit swept up in the tales of other people telling me how brilliantly awesome this game is. Fact is I am more weathered by the obvious things ZOS has blatantly ignored to the point where now I dread going online.

While the game was fun, end game has become incredibly stale and unrewarding, its difficult to get group for the stuff you want and much of that requires sitting in a zone doing nothing because you finished every other quest while waiting to form said group.

LFG tool is bare bones and unfixed, there is no real end game zone where you can solo daily quests just to chill out without being forced into PvP and for a game that boasts 4 classes with unique active class skills being 12 on each tree, 36 morph options in total the balance has been rather ridiculous especially compared to other MMO's sporting more complicated and numerous abilities and talents.

This also doesn't include the fact that the entire Crown Store's main function is around selling mounts, especially "special editions" of one given as a unique loyalty reward with a different skin every few months instead of say a character appearance option changing token.

I am jaded and was hoping for some enticing improvements for Imperial City DLC after there last big content update break, but am finding it lacking as it seems like a smaller PvP zone where again I must group or PvP to get things done with a system of leveling they stated was over, veteren rank level cap has been increased!

Leveling was the most fun I have had, now it's just a pointless grind of PvP for progress, or sitting around waiting hours to form a group in chat for the other and it seems the DLC is ignoring those issues. It's just not enticing and class balance has fallen into the next flavor the month being unstoppable...

I enjoy the quest but dungeons, trials, class balance and the overwhelming amount of bugs and glitches leave MUCH to be desired. Actually saw my first hacker on X1 tonight, was a NB out running my +30% speed w/ rapid maneuver horse, he never ran out of stamina and was unmounted.

I do not personally find endgame to be stale and unrewarding. I love the pvp in this game. I do not find it to me a grind even a little bit. It is what keeps me coming back to this game. You never have the same fight twice. As for grouping, I suggest a guild or 5. I never have a problem finding a group to play with. Even if you dont want to be involvd in a guild, merely being a memeber will save hours of time looking for a group. The grouping tool is mostly ineffective do to the fact that it was extremely broken early on in the game, so people just stop using it and have not gone back to the system well b/c they have guilds now. That said, I think when the implement cross faction grouping tool it will be much better.

It would be nice to see some solo dailies of some sort, but this was alluded to as something to look forward to in the next update at the end of this year. I cant speak to comparing this game to other MMos since i dont play them. The balance in this game has been pretty good since 1.5, but will obviously need some more tweaking and what not.

As for the crown store, there is more option coming to it such as racial changes and what not. There are somethings that require time to do b/c they touch many aspects of the game. With the drop of 1.6, console release, and the work on new meaningful content, stuff like that has been put on the backburner for alittle bit. there are only so many people and only so much time. Personally, I would rather see new content rather than give my character a haircut.

As for the grouping or pvp dilema, ZoS has always sold this game as an experience for grouping with friends. Tha was their number one goal with solo stuff coming second. You cant blame ZoS for something they explained to us from the beginning. Afterall, it is an MMO.

I dont want to get to crazy about my thoughts on the increased vet ranks b/c I have talked on that many times in other posts, but think about it for a min. VR touch every single thing in the game from dungeons to progression to gear to fighting and so on. It is very much a complicated process to remove such a core component of a game. Not to mention, i am sure there are many problems they have come across trying to do so that they were not expecting. Would you rather have a broken game b/c the new system was not ready? Additionally, with new content comes harder content. In order to put players on par with the increased difficulty they had to utilize the only system that they had in place which is VR. it is a simple way to make a player's base stats more powerful while they work on the other system. Again, would you rather them wait on releasing content while they incorporate a new system?

I honestly rarely have an issue with lag and I run wireless. Im not saying it does not happen to me at all, but it is few and far between. This includes large scale battles and solo experience. I am also not saying I do not belive it is an issue. I can think of experiences I had with my guild in which nearly everyone is yelling about the lag during a battle, but I do not have an issue. when i usually experience lag it is do to 3 or more guild raids in one location spamming aoe attacks. ZoS seemed to address this issue with the aoe line of sight, but no real way to test that until IC hits live and you can get that type of action.

Lag issues are rare for me too. People need to check their own gear as a point of troubleshooting before pointing fingers.

It is not impossible for this to happen. ofcourse you have to be built a particular way. lets break it down.

-orc passive: reduce sprint cost by 12% and increase sprint speed by 10%
-mundus stone: 5% to movement speed
    -major expedition buff: 40% increase
-medium armor passive: 3% to speed
-fiords set: sprint cost reduced by 15% and speed increased by 15%
-reduce srpintg cost trait: dont quote me on this but is roughly 4-10% (maybe 12%??) per peice of armor depending on how upgraded it is
-champion points: reduce cost of sprinting up to 25%
-bow: dodge roll passive gives increased speed

as you can see there are many combinations to help pull of that feat. you can essentially double sprint speed and reduce cost of sprinting to almost nothing while popping cheap stam potions to keep up stamina.

what worries me are the names of many regular players on the forums have ceased to appear either in the game or on the forums
