Can there be a way to cancel a COD mail i sent, please?

Got this guy trolling me. I sent him a package COD and he won't claim it. I really don't want to wait three days to get it back and lose my 5k mail fee. Could there be a way to just cancel it? Pretty please? I know this won't happen overnight but maybe in the future it could be something to consider.

    I'd recommend going onto twitter and talking with eso staff their or sending them a support mail on this site in order to get this issue fixed faster. They won't make an update for it but they'll get your stuff back (hopefully).

    I sent a ticket in game but you're right twitter is usually better for everything. Thanks for the insight
