It just amazes me that they are buffing NPC enemy's damage/resistance, but are nerfing our own abilities at the same time. I'm not sure what their logic is with all of this.

Many complain the game is too easy in PVE now (especially as compared to at launch)...

Yes, and they are just setting themselves up for the, "This game is too difficult" complaints that will soon follow. They seem to be following the same path that DCUO did... they would try to make content more difficult to appease a small minority, but then the forums would blow up with complaints about the difficulty, so they would nerf them once again. WHY NOT leave well enough alone?!? If they would have read the poll that was on here regarding difficulty, the MAJORITY said the game difficulty was 'about right'. The game, as it is now on Live, is pretty much what YOU, the player, makes it. You can buff yourself, or you can nerf yourself... but with the next update they are taking many of those choices out of our hands unnecessarily.

For those who didn't read the original update notes, which are still available on Reddit... they are increasing the cost of 2H's Momentum by 35%! I know I didn't notice it on my first few reads, but went back over the notes and found this. I can't imagine that players using 2H would be happy about this, yet I find absolutely no mention of it here on the forums. I think we definitely should start a discussion about it here.

Im not sure how it is on pc but on console a tiny % of players seem to pvp. At prime time ps4 NA has 2 full campaigns. Thats what 2k people pvping? Seems they should focus on pve tweaks too.

Any changes made to the game are going to just make PVE more challenging which is greatly needed. The fact that you can basically sneeze and kill 3 mobs from it says it all.....

Really interested on how these little bits of "update notes" don't get included anywhere on the official forums, but they're all over other forums. Makes little to zero sense as to why ZoS/Zenimax doesn't post very important details on their own forums.

Which is YOUR opinion. If you'd participated in the poll on here a couple of weeks ago, the majority of participants felt the difficulty was about right. There are always ways one can 'nerf themselves' if they want the game more difficult, but for players with lower skills, there isn't an easy way to buff themselves equally.
You're talking about a game where the most popular Mundus is The Lady, simply because it is the first Mundus players come across. This means that an incredibly high population of players cannot be bothered with researching or understanding the mechanics of the Mundus stones- do you think they'll take the time to improve their skills, learn new loadouts, do research, etc? No. If the game becomes too difficult, they will just walk away... and this is what I saw in other MMOs that performed the 'pendulum method' of correcting game difficulty. Instead of players working to get better, they just quit. I don't think, financially, ESO can afford to have that happen... which is why I believe they seriously need to reconsider some of these drastic changes they are implementing. Even take the whole "no stamina regen while blocking"... why did they have to go NO regen, why not 'half-regen'? It is that type of extreme we are talking about here that will be the final straw for many players... I believe update 1.6 saw an exodus of many players- and that was only on PC- imagine if that same type of reaction occurs on the consoles?!? It would not bode well for the longevity of ESO.
