So a buddy and I ran across a Dolmen in Cyrodil last night pretty close to Bruma. It was suspended off the ground on a little island. The map acknowledged it was there as one that could be completed. Is there a secret to get onto that tiny suspended island?
It was also surrounded by a fair number of harvesters and Daedra guards.
