MrPoolaty✭✭I honestly hated what ffxiv did with housing. Just throwing that out there. Even if you get the 300 million to buy a house plot ask the boss drop furniture items are so over the top gaudy they're eye sores. Also another thing that they dropped the ball on was housing materials. FFXIVs game economy was not good at the time and with simply just handing in building materials made by players it would have boosted the economy in a huge way.
So what I would like to see is you buy the land plot and to build the actual house you need to turn in said amount of wood, ingots, and clothing materials.0 -

Sure some didn't like it as it made things 'messy' but as long as they made it so rent had to be paid by the person and not kept in savings to be drained away that should help clear up some of the 'mess'ZoS please understand everyone thinks and pronounces things differently, so please add to your 'rules' that things get removed if the Mod doesn't actually quite understand phrasing0
