Hi All,

If I delete ESo on my PS4 and then reinstall in the hope of fixing some bugs I have will I loose all the progress on my characters?

Or when I install the game again will they all be back?

characters are saved online so you will be fine, i have re installed ESO after setting PS4 back to factory settings, takes a while to re-download the 16Gb update but you wont lose any game progress

You don't have to worry about losing your characters or game progress due to uninstalling the game, @nonotuseamus is absolutely right. Your characters are stored on the Megaserver you chose when you created them, as is their progress, your mounts, costumes etc.

If you are running into bugs and need help, don't hesitate to ask for help. And please report bugs you encounter, so we can take a look.

@ZOS_CatK , this doesn't have to do with this particular thread, but when do you guys plan on helping people who have asked for it. I have a ticket open with no reply in the past week, and have had issues playing since I bought the game about a month ago...

You can check out but you can never leave.
Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.
