Do you keep Alliance Points after a campaign ends?

Hi,
After a campaign ends in Cyrodiil does the AP that we have gathered that we can spend at the PvP vendors roll over to the next campaign? If so, what is the upper limit?
I'm currently VR9 and I'm starting to think about a Cyrodiil's light set at VR13/14 but I need a tonne of AP to get them. But I'm not sure whether to start saving or blow what I have before the end of each campaign.

✭yeah u keep it, its like gold in pve, its yours to spend when ever you want or keep to build a nice castle
