Tried to report this in game but even it is broken too.
Killed all the bosses, sentinel included and the quest didn't update. Tried leaving and coming back that didn't even work. Talked to the npcs at the end of the dungeon...nothing. I took a screenshot of the sentinel dead with my standing beside it and the quest showing to still kill it.
