PS4 is stuck on loading screen and that pops up. Still loading... Have I missed a scheduled update?

If you are in a group and they can speak clearly but the game won't get off the load screen just turn the game off and back on that's what I do .... It's a pain but it's better than staring at "this may be an unusually long wait time" for like half an hour before you click yeeee maby it's screwed0 -
