This happens to me sometimes after say 5 mins it's fair to assume it's somehow bugging out
If you are in a group and they can speak clearly but the game won't get off the load screen just turn the game off and back on that's what I do .... It's a pain but it's better than staring at "this may be an unusually long wait time" for like half an hour before you click yeeee maby it's screwed

Stuck on the loading screen for about 10 minutes now hmm.
