It's currently 4:17am and I just woke up in a sweat. I had a nightmare I was casting frags before it would proc. I went back to Daggerfall, Shalidor called me a noob and told me to l2p.

Yeah I usually sing that chorus too, quite often honestly. "Red Diamond, Red Diamond, the heart and soul of men, Red Diamond Red Diamond, protect us till the end!". Sometimes I even dish out the whole song, idc.
Also AD Eternal fanmade song has now stuck onto me. "Tides of Seasons, ebbing, flowing, lives and ages coming, going..."

I havent in this game....

My friends and I went and hunted Krayt dragons in SWG for about 18 hours straight. I went to "sleep". I dreamt that I was fighting them, and woke up feeling like I didn't even sleep at all.... lol

Ive been gamer all my life, good 20+ year, but I cant remember single one, whats really odd. Ive had Matrix dream before, but that was when I had drunk like 5 days straight and watched Matrix before I went to bed and got some crazy vibes from it.

In general I'm often dreaming about the games I'm playing a lot, mostly it's nightmares that keep haunting me..

When I dream something about ESO, then it's a recurring dream about me being in some non-existing part of Malabal Tor (at least this area looks like it could be there) and there's some dungeon far down below me where I have to go all the way around downwards in concentric circles, which feels "wrong" somehow (you know, as "wrong" as it can feel in a dream). When I'm in, or, if I even CAN make it in, I'm getting trapped in complete darkness and can't leave anymore; that's mostly the point I wake up.
Last year (also about ESO), I kept dreaming about Ayleid ruins and about being trapped between rubble and boulders.

About Skyrim I dreamed a lot back then (I have over 1400 hours on the clock by now). Especially one time I remember where I did not actually dream about a location but about one music piece from the soundtrack, it's so extremely spooky that I got chills everywhere that didn't stop for minutes after I woke up! This piece really exists in the game, but I don't want to say which one. What I did then was facing it, I kept playing and I could make it without "wetting my pants"

But it was still creepy, though..

When I was new to the Elder Scrolls (started with Morrowind), I was so immersed into that game that I could even "smell" the Gravedust and all these other disgusting things (everything related to that Corprus stuff) that I felt still sick for days or even weeks afterwards. However this feeling decreased over the months while I kept playing and I almost got immune to it.

I think with games like the Elder Scrolls which are very immersive, it can not only be exciting but also a "curse", especially when your mind is very sensitive.
And playing for too long and until you go to bed is not what I would recommend to anyone. Often when I close my eyes and try to sleep, I "see" with my inner eye enemies charging a two-hander for a heavy attack and how I get knocked back, all the freaking time (I'm playing my NB/2H at the moment myself, so I'm in melee all the time). It's really hard to get rid of these compulsive thoughts sometimes, I can only avoid this when I quit earlier and do something else before I go to bed.

I also think it's not age-related how you would react to a game (dreams, thoughts, etc.), I was over 30 already when I started playing Morrowind back then. It's mind-related. I absolutely do understand why these games are often 18+, there's a solid reason for this.
Btw, I'm aware that this posting is rather personal, but I wanted to share it nonetheless.

Yes, but I normally don't dream but on occasion I dream about games I'm playing or that my father played like Red Dead Redemption Nightmare (<-- gave me nightmares every night he played it to the point were I wasn't scared of zombies anymore). RDDN was fun to watch and get scared by undead cougars jumping at you from nowhere but probably not the best game to play or watch when you're easy scared like me xD

one day i spent over 8 hour in craglorn, hunting for nirncrux.. that night i dreamt of nirncrux.. they were dropping one after the other.. when i checked my inventory in game.. i had none

I once played guitar hero for so long, that everything I looked at seemed as though it was falling. Actually made me sick.

But yes OP, I have. Currently working on monster hunter, and after killing 800 ghosts I dream about them and so forth.

A few times I dreamt that items in my dreams had a green "A" button to open them. And just the other day I swore I found a treasure map and remembered the location, went there and I checked but no I didn't have it. I either dreamt I got the map, or was playing half asleep the night before and actually had it but deleted it. Either one is possible. Another night I dreamt I was in a power station control room and there was a small dry erase board with binary numbers written for diagnosing individual system control alarms. Which is really freaking odd because I don't work in a power facility nor am I an electrical engineer.

Usually gaming dreams indicates learning. In your case, you seem to think you are a noob and you don't want to be anymore. Last video games I had dreams about were Destiny: Vault Of Glass & GoldenEye N64 and both dreams somehow taught me how to complete the mission.

I haven't started singing the actual song, but I had had the 'beat' go through my head a few times. I like to make up words as it goes along.

As for the dreams...pretty much anything I see /watch / think about before bed ends up in my dreams. For better or for worse.

To answer your topic question - yes, all the time! I dream about my main guy biting people very often - including me!
