Cadwell's quests needs a freaking checklist

So I've just finished, what I thought, were the main quests in the Ebonheart pact: I've defeated Sinmur the spectral giant, strengthened the pact between the 3 races, saved the needy king from daedric poison.. but it apparently hasn't finished yet. Is there a quest to do after saving the king and speaking to the prince, or did I miss something in the middle somewhere?

    There is a checklist. Press J, and select Cadwell's Almanac.

    If I remember there is a small quest to be taken from a npc before killing Sinmur. Its quite hiden, I missed it. Google search ....

    Is that in Trolhetta? Because that's the one I can't seem to find. Everyone is like omergud you defeated Sinmur, but there doesn't seem to be any available quests in Trolhetta

    There is an encounter near that final fight if I remember, doesn't seem to be something you naturally come across and I just ran around looking for anything at the time until I just stumbled across it - drove me crazy wondering if the whole Cadwell's Gold thing was broken until I just stumbled across the fight and suddenly got the message telling me I was done.

    Some quests are given by triggered questgivers (ones that only appear when certain conditions are met, like completing other quests, entering a certain map area, and/or reaching a certain level etc). The appearance of these can be "unreliable". Logging off/on, or moving around the map may cause the questgiver to spawn. I don't know if this applies in OP's specific case, but it's one of the 1st things I consider when I am missing a quest.
