dont get me wrong , i do not desire a 2km high flying dragon (not possible due to engine and size of pve areas) but 2 or 3 m above the ground would be nice and why - cause i would pay crowns for a complete different mount!
I think you may have the wrong game.
But yes, why not?! Why not - for the sole purpose of making more money - put a hovercraft in? In fact, why don't we just dump all the ESO lore and kick it to curb 'cause it's really, really starting to hold us back when it comes to creative game design.
I mean wouldn't you want:
Dwemer handguns
Light sabers or light swords
Maybe a huge anime sword of ice ... and then one of fire ... and then one of shock ...
Maybe some more races that were never, ever in the TES series
Maybe some more classes that were never, ever in the TES series
Maybe we could sell some bikinis and stuff in the Crown store so all the guys could ... whistle ... to their toons (see what I did there? See?)
/sarcasm off.

How about instead of an actual mount, we can put a levitaion spell as a mount per say.
It wont be a normal spell like the ones in our loadouts, but in all aspects it is just a mount but when you click your mount button you will levitate a few feet off the ground and could move around like you would with a normal mount.
It is lore friendly, and I think it will be cool to see.
flying mounts? well sorry you have to wait 2 eras for dragons to come. also you're no dragonborn too.
maybe, maybe! physic laws can be altered for fun in oblivion planes.
something teach mortals how weird sheogorath's sense of humour really is. a mini game or a quest that requires you to fly or something similar can be done for fun right?
no.

So yeah, levitation.
Years ago, when I was a girl in middle school starting to game and my Dad introduced me to Morrowind, I LOVED levitation. I know, I know it was game breaking and you could levitate up and kill your mobs from the sky and all that. But I would abuse alchemy until I had these massively overpowered levitation spells ... and then I would spend hours just floating over Red Mountain.
Yeah .... levitation.

Not to mention how it directly relates to the main story line and its main 2 antagonists, as all Necromancy is directly tied to Mannimarco and Molag Bol.
Having a Necromancer playing through that would be game breaking for many, unless an alternate story line is created for each alliance and main story.
In other words, very impractical to even attempt
I don't see it that way. Apply this reasoning to ESIV Oblivion for example. Its like saying the player should not be able to summon daedra because that's what Mankar Camoran does.
Its true that necromancy did start with Mannimarco, but assumptions that all necromancers owe fealty and are aligned with him are incorrect. Take the book "The Legend of Vastarie" for example. It centres upon a different approach to necromancy. Which, while still could be considered evil, is separate from the Worm Cult and the King of Worms.
To deny those that would like a necromancer skill line in ESO because all necromancers are allied with Mannimarco and Molag Bal is a thin argument, and not reason enough to prohibit one.
Just my opinion of course.

Trials are advertised a feature of Adventure Zones, and Orsinium is not an Adventure Zone. Therefore there is no reason to expect any Trials to come with Orsinium.xANTIxMATTERx wrote: »Just so you know sir, if a new trial doesnt come out with Orsinium then the PVE population will be devastated and lots of people will most likely stop playingZOS_RichLambert wrote: »To be clear I said a new Trial is in the works. to be totally clear you say alot of things are in the works and have yet to come out.
Flying mounts? Time to study your lore there lads

Housing? Really?!
Thoughts on housing instead of new classes or text chat for consoles...
Bet next news will be on adding little anime-like pets and costumes instead of Orsinium

Since Orsinium is supposed to be the first new SOLOABLE content since release then trials have no business being in it, you group lovers have had loads of content since release, solo/low-man PVEers have had nothing!xANTIxMATTERx wrote: »ZOS_RichLambert wrote: »To be clear I said a new Trial is in the works. Your obvious hatred of necros is affecting your objectivity: how can an MMO be "ruined" by any particular class mechanics?CapnPhoton wrote: »RavenSkylord wrote: »Problem with adding Necromancer, is the way it would bust the actual playthrough. There would be an issue with lore. Plus, 2 MMOs I played in the past were ruined by having a nec class.
