one victor one king quest bugged?

for the last three weeks ive been trying to complete this quest. every time i enter the hall of trials there are no fightable NPC's. they just continue to fight and nothing happens. i uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game 5 times. i abandoned the quest atleast 30 times, and contacted support and did their useless instructions. still nothing. is there a way to fix this mess? ive already canceled my subscription and looking into a refund for the month i just paid.

ErdoS✭Holy crap so you're telling me that you spent 21 days trying to complete a relatively meaningless quest going so far as to reinstall THE ENTIRE GAME 5 TIMES, and because it hasn't been fixed you are leaving the game entirely? You sir are a luuuuuuuuunatic. I get that it's not cool they don't fix it, but to go this far is just woah0 -
IzzardDrakeSoul ShrivenFound a fix for xbone. Go in the arena and go straight to the back and up the ramp to top level, there should be 3 guys to kill once fighting starts, kill these first then kill all others leaving the champ until last. I think it's these 3 up top that don't spawn properly if u don't go up there at the right time. Worked for me, hope it works for you.
