Three bugged Quests in Ebonheart Pact

My husband keeps getting glitches quests. He will get to a certain point in each quest and cannot proceed because the thing he's supposed to use or interact with doesn't do what it's supposed to do.
The Siege of Craglorn: at the point when the giant is supposed to kick him up over the cliff, all the giant does is kick at him, while in the upper right he gets a message which says "Target is immune".
Gods Save the King: at the point when you click on the various totems, nothing happens. The screen does not flash and he is not teleported.
Beyond the Shroud: when you're supposed to drink the Gray Drink near whats-his-face, nothing happens. He gets a message which says "Item not ready yet".
All these quests have become glitches within the last few days. Is there some kind of glitch which affects multiple quests like this? Because at this point we both think these bugs are related in some way.
Please help! We can't finish our achievements and the storyline if we can't finish these quests.

nerdywifeSoul ShrivenHe's abandoned all the quests multiple times, abandoned it, logged out and logged back in, abandoned it, turned off the PS4, but every time the quests are still bugged.0

srs121✭✭If the re log, and abandon is not working only thing I can suggest is clearing the ps4 cache.
You can clear the cache by supplying holding the touch screen sensor that turns off the ps4 (located in the front above the eject disc button) and it will beep 2 times then shut off. nerdywifeSoul ShrivenMy husband deleted then reinstalled the game last night. He also deleted his settings for the game.
After the reinstall all the quests worked just fine.
Kinda ridiculous to have to go that far.0 -
