Any chance cooking could be sped up?

Anyone with a few high level provisioning characters and possibly max level hirelings, or even anyone who likes opening a lot of containers will know that you get a lot of provisioning mats fast.
I don't delete the items like my partner does, but I tend to cook stuff, and then sell it as a nice little extra pocketmoney.
Only... cooking takes just about forever. I know its probably about the same timer to create something as all the other crafting skills, but I get stacks of 200 provisioning mats pretty quick and its probably the most boring thing ever. Not to mention my partner who is waiting for me to finish so we can continue questing..
So any chance ZOS could speed up cooking a bit? I spend enough time in my own kitchen, when I log online I want to do something else

✭If you are on PC, use Multicraft addon. It adds a slider with which you can select amount to craft in one batch. It still spends some time to make one cooking but at least you don't have to sit there pressing R repeatedly.On hiatus.
