Surely she's in a better position to know who sells crown cards in her country than you are? Here in the UK for example, I know you can buy crown cards for either LIVE or PSN at GAME (a lot cheaper than buying them on line). On live it's £19.99 for 3000, but you can get 3000 codes from GAME for £13.99

Question....if the friend can't buy PS+ why are you trying to buy crowns?

One is required before the other...and it's cheap so what is the problem.

Maybe we can all help you figure this out but it doesn't seem that crowns are the issue.

You can buy cards from Woolworths supermarket and maybe Coles supermarket once you're at home redeem the cards value on her console. That's how I do it. So send her the money to buy the card.

Dont get me wrong but if you get a psn card for ESO crown in US you can send her number you have on your computer use skype or msn message and she just redeem on her account page should work for if ESO is anything like WoW NA server for ESO are for both US and AUS so it should work fine.
