Any difference if lvl 45 or 50 in enchanting?

i have every skill maxed, is there any point to go further?

You will want to take it up to Level 50 as it will be a requirement to craft V16 enchantments

Right now, nothing. But, again, the VR16 stuff will require you to max those skill lines out.

There's an achievement for hitting 50, but you can craft everything at 40 right now. Previous posters are correct, you will need 50 once IC drops to craft top tier gear.
