So after yesterdays eso live we all get to know, that currently bugfixing ImperialCity is highest priority in order to get it live.

But what else:

- Rich Lambert is playing the new pve -arena of orsinium every morning before lurking into the forum.
- hardcore questers can really look forward: orsiniums quest line !
- new trial incoming with Orsinium
- housing is in the state of planning (whats possible/whats impossible)
- existing trials will not scale up


But still no new news about:

- new class (alot of people want a necromoncer class, even some dude provided complete skill lines for that possible class here in forum)
- flying mounts (or even 2m above the ground)
- text chat for consoles

    Why would the give us news about new classes and flying mounts? They obviously aren't planning either and they aren't even frequently requested features. I haven't seen a thread about flying mounts in ages.

    new class: this demand is in "ask us everything" and appeared during live show every 3-4min in yesterday show at chat

    flying mounts: take a look into "crownstore wishlist" or general discussion section (not as long ago as you said)

    Problem with adding Necromancer, is the way it would bust the actual playthrough. All alliances have long drawn out quests about fighting Necromancers, who are trying to undermine every alliance. Not to mention how it directly relates to the main story line and its main 2 antagonists, as all Necromancy is directly tied to Mannimarco and Molag Bol.

    Having a Necromancer playing through that would be game breaking for many, unless an alternate story line is created for each alliance and main story.

    In other words, very impractical to even attempt

    It'd be cool if, for housing, you could use the miscellaneous treasures you find as decorations.

    It'd be nice to get some actual diversity for classes, though I couldn't imagine a necromancer class. How could that possibly be justified with this story?

    Flying mounts would be great, though at this point, I'd settle for any mount that's actually new. These resprays are getting absurd.

    Also, people complain about the presence of flapping creatures and pets now... just wait and listen for the screaming if you increased that problem 3-fold by giving everyone (rather than just the Sorc's twilight) a chance at them.

    I serious hope that will never happen to ESO for honest flymount was the thing that basically destroy WoW and why do we need flymount for???

    The wayshrine work really good if you need to go anywhere fast beside if get your ground mount up to speed 60 that go really fast as well and i hope we will never see flymount in ESO.

    yet through out the game you use necromancy is quests to fulfill them, abnur tharn is a necromancer as well.

    I find it implausible that a chaaracter using necromancy could rise high in the factions or guilds. That said I also find it implausible that a Daedra summoner, vampire or werewolf could either. Still if necromancy were added I don't think it needs more than a skill line.

    Flying pets I could live with (at head height, no more) but flying mounts are a no no for me. I'd rather have a levitation/flight spell than flying mounts but I can't see that happening.

    I would be cool with new classes only if there were more character slots, also, I would prefer that they just work on existing classes, perhaps by introducing a new skill line for each of them that gets unlocked when you hit level 50.

    You do understand the difference in that Skyrim and Oblivion for that matter had necromancer as an enemy in passing as opposed to being the primary foe. No primary advesary had anything to do with Necromancy. Please don't use a weak argument to justify systematically altering the entire storyline to accomodate your preferences, or better yet, actually try to know what you are talking about before insulting.

    I'd rather they bring the Warden class (A class they already put development energies into) than make a Necromancer class. I've said it before and I'll say it again: Necromancy should be its own skill line, perhaps as an addendum to Spellcrafting in the future. Alternately it would make sense as an extension and continuation of the soul magic skill line.

    Just so you know sir, if a new trial doesnt come out with Orsinium then the PVE population will be devastated and lots of people will most likely stop playing :(

    @RavenSkylord I don't buy that having a necromancer playing through the storyline would be gamebreaking. Following that logic, it would be gamebreaking to play through the Aldmeri Dominion questline as a Wood Elf.

    I spent the entire story arc having Bosmer constantly explain to me every detail of the Bosmer way of life as if I, as a Bosmer, had no inkling of understanding of the Bosmeri way of life, even though I made my first character a Bosmer Nightblade explicitly so I could rob people for funsies and eat them if they got mad.

    Sometimes it's fun to roleplay with yourself when you're really, really drunk. <.<

    Anyway, your race and skillset has absolutely no bearing on any of the interactions you experience in the game already, so what difference would one more lack-of-meaningful-interactions make?

    please no flying mounts it wont fit in the game or scenery or zones. if anything only flying mount should go on set path from point a to point b only no free roam

    can use it in pvp can i use it? i mean people kill me usually in about 2 seconds so i wouldnt even have time to rise any dead!
    so i would have to have my dead with me at all times "BEFORE the FIGHT" and yes those that i summon to life will need to do alot of damage and need to have alot of HP on them or it would be as useless as the current pets in pvp.
    please fix this.
    oh and one small favor i do ask that i can summon any one, for um, purely certain um love reasons i will call it, there are only certain ones i wish to stay with me at all times and i have certain fetish of types i prefer to travel with me.

    There would be an issue with lore. Plus, 2 MMOs I played in the past were ruined by having a nec class.
