This is getting insane.
Ive spent 10 minutes trying to group with my friend.
When i try to invite him, and he accepts group invite he does not join my group and on my screen it says "player declined invite".
When he sends me invite and i accept it, nothing happens. Im not joining group and for him, it looks like i declined invitation.
We both tried to log out and log in. We both tried to force crash game.

is one of you set to offline/do not disturb mode in guild roster?
Do either of your character names have any special characters, i.e. anything other than A-z? (apostrophe, accents, #/$ etc)
Are you playing on EU or NA megaserver?
The most common reason for getting the "Player declined invite" message, is that you issued the invitation while the other character was in transit (wayshrine) between zones, or otherwise on a loading screen. However, I have seen occasional issues where I am totally unable to communicate with other players if their name has accented characters, other than via zone/guild chat. "Do not disturb" mode can also cause issues, I think.0 -

✭no special character names in any of our character names or account names
We were all set to online.
In fact just 5 minutes ago before we both glitched, we were in a group of four, that we could start without problem. Upon disbanding that party after dungeon run, we were not able to group again due to described above bug.
That was happening on NA server and we were both in same zone0
