Does PC patches affect consoles

I know consoles are on a completely different patch to PC but just to clarify.
-- are consoles on the same level skill wise with morphs and such that PC was at launch
--are they the same updates but just numbered differently
-- or could they be slightly tweaked in each patch so all versions are slightly different

✭To the best of my knowledge, the game is the same on all platforms. There may be some difference in bug patches if a bug exists on one platform and not another, but to the best of my knowledge the game is meant to be almost identical on each platform (voice \ text chat and UI differences aside).0
